Design a 2026 that doesn't run on coffee and willpower. Create a personal roadmap with your needs, goals and well-bring in focus – in only 90 minutes.

Tuesday, January 6th

1.00 PM CET

You’re the woman who does everything right.

The leader who makes it all work.

You deliver, you support, you anticipate, you keep everyone and everything moving — at work and at home.

But still...
Your boundaries are slipping.
Your recovery time is shrinking.
And the role you’ve worked so hard for is starting to cost more than it gives back.

This is what no one says out loud:
You can be brilliant... and exhausted, at the same time.
You can be respected... and still feel lost with yourself.
You can be competent... and still feel stretched thin.

This 90-minute workshop is a chance to step out of “keeping it all together” mode and design a 2026 that works for you: your energy, your priorities, your life.

If you’re a woman who:

  • Carries a heavy load — professionally and personally — and is starting to feel the cost of always being “on.”

  • Feels a constant pressure to be available and responsive and struggle with finding time for yourself.

  • Has a great life on paper, but still feels that something essential is missing: ease, time, energy... room for you.

  • Knows something needs to shift, but doesn't want to lose your edge or high ambitions.

  • Sense that you won't last in the long run if you keep the busy pace you're going at.

    ....this workshop is for you.

After this 90-min session, you'll have:

  • A clear direction: where you want to be end of 2026.

  • The concrete steps that will take you there.

  • A plan for how to handle struggles along the way.

  • Tools to regulate stress and feel more balanced.

  • Ways of dealing with your inner, critical voice.

I'm Annika Mohlin, certified ICF-coach and leadership trainer, founder of The Bad Good Girl community.

After 25 years in corporate leadership and communication, I’ve seen (and experienced) what happens when high-achieving women push themselves to keep performing at any cost.

I was always the person going all-in on things at work as well as outside. With a demanding job and three kids, my calendar was like a tetris game.

As much as I enjoyed keeping busy, I didn't realize that I was slowly draining my own energy. I didn't see the unhealthy spiral I was in, until my body told it to me.

Today I think and choose differently. My energy is back, I know what I need to feel well and I dare prioritising myself. I'm driving on a road I like, and it's a much more pleasant ride.
